The Home You Own.

The Community You Share.

35 private residences centered around 5,800 square feet of collaborative space.

Designed for Connection.

The Village Features

Our Common House is the heartbeat of our home—featuring a professional-grade kitchen where we prepare shared feasts and a grand dining hall that transforms every meal into a celebration of friendship.

The Culinary Hub
The Greenspace

Our Native Gardens are more than just an escape; they are a living bridge to the local landscape. Tended by neighbors and designed to sustain the local ecology, it’s where we gather for morning bird-song and quiet evening strolls.

The Retreats

From sun-drenched corners for your morning coffee to quiet nooks made for a glass of wine and deep conversation, our shared spaces offer a tapestry of cozy retreats for moments of reflection or connection.

Steps from the River,

Seconds from the City.

At Washington Commons, your home doesn’t end at your front door. Here, 5,800 square feet of shared space becomes your extended living room—a place where the boundaries of your household expand to include grand kitchens, quiet nooks, and sun-drenched courtyards.

Our community is part of an historic residential neighborhood just two blocks from the Sacramento River where we can walk, bike, birdwatch, boat or explore the Riverwalk. We’re just minutes from Old Sacramento, the Golden 1 Center NBA arena, Sutter Park, home of the River Cats AAA baseball and soon home to the A’s baseball team.  We can walk and bike to museums, restaurants, pubs, shopping, Sacramento Amtrak (11 trains daily to the Bay Area).  And we are just 20 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

THE VISION

A Village in the Heart of the City.

On 330 G Street, where the river meets the rail, 5,800 square feet of shared space becomes your extended living room. While your flat provides a private sanctuary, your doorstep opens to a community already alive with shared meals and sunset breezes on the terrace.

Meet Your Future Neighbors.

Experience the warmth of our community and walk through our shared spaces during an upcoming open house.
